How It Works With Your CRM

Every integration starts the same way. CallIQ matches the caller's phone number to the right record in your CRM, then writes the call there with its direction, duration, AI summary, key details, and a link back to the full call. What varies is how each CRM stores a call, so here is what to expect in yours.

Call happens CallIQ analyzes Logged in your CRM

An admin can connect once for the whole team, or each rep can connect their own account, and each team member chooses whether their calls sync. The Snapcom Chrome extension adds click-to-call, a repeat-caller context card on incoming calls, CRM contact matching, and, when your admin turns it on, CRM deal and note context, right in the browser.

Salesforce

Connects with your Salesforce login. Each call is logged as a completed Task on the matched contact, so calls appear in the standard activity timeline and in reports.

When AI analysis finishes, the Task is updated with the call summary and quality score. Sandbox orgs are supported for testing before go-live.

Zoho CRM

Connects with your Zoho login. Calls land in Zoho's native Calls module with start time and duration, linked to the matched contact, and are checked against Zoho's telephony records so the same call is never logged twice.

The AI summary is added to the call record once analysis completes.

HubSpot

Connects with your HubSpot login. Each call is logged as a HubSpot call engagement associated with the matched contact, with direction, duration, and timestamp, so it shows on the contact timeline and in HubSpot reporting.

Pipedrive

Connects with your Pipedrive login. Calls are logged as completed call activities on the matched person, so they appear in the activity timeline and alongside the deals that person is on.

Close

Connects with a Close API key from your settings, with no sign-in redirect. CallIQ finds the matching lead by phone number and logs the call on that lead, where it appears in Close's native call history.

Clio For law firms

Built for firms on Clio Manage. Connects with your Clio login. Calls are logged as phone communications on the matched contact, kept separate from billable time entries so nothing gets billed by accident.

The AI summary is appended to the communication after analysis.

Wealthbox For advisory firms

Built for advisory firms on Wealthbox. Connects with a Wealthbox API token from your settings. Calls are logged on the matched contact as a calendar event showing when the call happened, or as a note if your firm prefers, with the AI summary added once analysis completes.

Zoho Desk For help desks

Built for support teams on Zoho Desk. Connects with your Zoho login. Calls are logged against the matched contact's ticket, so the phone conversation sits alongside the email and chat history the agent already works from.

CRM context on incoming calls New

The connection works both ways. When the phone rings, the extension's incoming-call window pulls context from your CRM alongside the call history: open deals and their stage, the latest note, and lifecycle status, so whoever answers has the full picture from both systems. Close and HubSpot to start.

Admin-controlled per domain and off by default, with the same privacy-first approach as call sharing.

Answer Knowing the Whole Story

The Snapcom Chrome extension brings CallIQ to the moment the phone rings. Click any number on any page to dial it, and see who's calling, with their history and CRM context, before you pick up.

Click to Call, Context on Answer

When a customer calls back, whoever answers sees the story before they pick up. The active-call window shows the caller's recent calls: when they called, who helped them, the outcome, and their sentiment, so an upset customer is never a surprise. Related calls are linked into threads automatically: after each call, CallIQ compares it with the customer's recent history and suggests the connection with one click to confirm, and the call detail's Thread tab shows the whole journey end to end.

  • Click-to-call any phone number in your browser. Your desk phone or softphone dials it
  • Repeat-caller context right in the incoming-call popup
  • CRM context on the ring: open deals, latest note, and lifecycle status when your admin turns it on
  • Follow-ups and callbacks suggested into threads automatically, with you in control
  • Privacy built in: call summaries are shared between teammates only when each agent opts in. Transcripts, recordings, and scores never are

Focus Modes for Sales, Compliance, and Retention

Turn on the analysis that matters for each team. CallIQ adapts what it looks for and how it scores. One platform, tuned per department, with industry-specific analysis from automotive to healthcare to legal.

Sales

Booking conversion, promo & upsell uptake, revenue opportunity scoring, a live deal pipeline, and every missed opportunity logged with its revenue impact.

Compliance

Required-mention checks, payment-collection and follow-up adherence, and procedure gaps.

Retention

Cancel & freeze intent, churn-risk scoring, save-attempt quality, and frustrated-caller alerts.

Missed Opportunities, Tracked and Alerted

CallIQ scores the revenue opportunity in every sales call and writes down what was left on the table — an appointment not booked, an upsell not offered, a referral never asked for — each rated low, medium, or high impact. When a high-value call ends without a booking, your team gets an email as soon as the call is analyzed, with the blockers the caller raised. You choose the score that triggers an alert, and every missed opportunity rolls up into the Sales dashboard and each agent's scorecard.

Reporting Your Recordings Alone Can't Show You

Because CallIQ is built into the Snapcom phone system, it reports on more than the conversation: how every call moved through your business, and which calls never became conversations at all.

Which Menu Options Callers Press

See exactly which menu options callers press, by site and by menu, and how many hang up without choosing. A weekly report lands in your inbox and the full breakdown lives in the app, so you can fix menus that lose callers.

The Missed-Call Worklist

Every missed caller in one worklist, de-duplicated to their latest attempt. Your team checks each one off as they call back, so no lead or customer slips through the cracks.

Follow a Call Through the System

Follow each call through your phone system: auto attendant, queues, holds, parks, and transfers, ending with who answered. The full timeline sits right inside the call, so "what happened to that call?" takes seconds to answer.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does CallIQ log calls in my CRM?
Yes. Connect your CRM to CallIQ and each call's AI summary, key details, and outcome are written automatically to the right contact, with a link back to the full call. CallIQ works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Close, Clio, Wealthbox, and Zoho Desk. Each provider is covered in the CRM section above. Each team member chooses whether their calls sync, and admins manage the connection.
Do I need a CRM to use CallIQ?
No. A CRM is optional. CallIQ runs on your Snapcom phone system on its own: every call is transcribed, summarized, scored, and searchable, with agent scorecards, alerts, auto-attendant reporting, and the missed-call worklist. Connecting a CRM adds the caller's record on screen pops and writes each call to the matching contact automatically. Click-to-call and caller history work either way, and you can connect a CRM later without losing any of the calls CallIQ has already analyzed.
What are screen pops and click-to-call?
Both come from the Snapcom Chrome extension. A screen pop means the caller's CRM record is on screen before you answer, so you know who is calling and what is open on their account. Click-to-call means any phone number in your CRM, or on virtually any web page, becomes a link that places the call through Snapcom. The extension takes about two minutes to install and there is nothing else for agents to learn. It also works in Microsoft Edge, which installs it from the Chrome Web Store once you allow extensions from other stores.
What is CallIQ?
CallIQ is AI-powered call analytics software. It automatically transcribes, summarizes, scores, and classifies your business phone calls, then shows the results in searchable dashboards: quality scores, outcomes, key details, and coaching opportunities. This type of software is also called conversation intelligence or speech analytics.
Do I need to be a Snapcom customer to use CallIQ?
Yes. CallIQ is built for businesses on the Snapcom phone system. Once it's connected to your Snapcom service, call recordings are ingested and analyzed automatically. There's no new hardware and nothing for your agents to install or learn.
Does CallIQ analyze every call or just a sample?
Every call. Unlike manual QA that reviews a handful of calls per agent, CallIQ transcribes and analyzes 100% of your conversations, so quality scores and coaching are based on the full picture instead of a small sample.
What does the AI analysis include?
Each call gets a word-for-word transcript with named speakers, a brief and detailed summary, extracted key details (names, account numbers, appointments, amounts), detected topics, a call outcome, and a quality score with coaching insights. You can also enable focus modes for Sales, Compliance, and Retention analysis.
How does CallIQ help with agent coaching and quality assurance?
CallIQ scores every call for quality and flags coaching opportunities automatically, then rolls them up into per-agent scorecards. Supervisors can spot unresolved issues, frustrated callers, and missed opportunities in minutes instead of listening back to recordings. That keeps QA consistent and fair across the whole team.
Can CallIQ alert us when we miss a sales opportunity?
Yes. With Sales focus mode on, CallIQ scores the revenue opportunity in every call and records what was left on the table: an appointment not booked, an upsell not offered, a referral never asked for, each rated low, medium, or high revenue impact. When a high-value call ends without a booking, CallIQ emails your team as soon as that call is analyzed, along with the blockers the caller raised. Admins set the score that triggers an alert per domain, and every missed opportunity rolls up into the Sales dashboard and each agent's scorecard.
Can CallIQ report on my auto attendant and missed calls?
Yes. Because CallIQ is built into the Snapcom phone system, it reports on more than conversations. Auto-attendant reports show which menu options callers press at each site and how many hang up without choosing, delivered weekly by email and available in the app. A missed-call worklist collects every caller who didn't reach your team so they can be called back and checked off, and each call's journey through menus, queues, and transfers is shown on a timeline.
Can CallIQ redact sensitive information like card numbers?
Yes. Payment card (PCI) and personal information (PII) redaction can be enabled per customer, so sensitive details are masked in transcripts. Admins can also set data-retention windows that permanently purge older recordings and transcripts, and phone lines that should never be transcribed can be set to log call activity only.
Is my call data secure?
Yes. Access is protected by per-user authentication with role-based permissions, recordings are stored securely, and admins can suspend or revoke access at any time. Each customer's data is isolated to their own account.
How long does it take to get started?
If you are already on the Snapcom phone system, minutes. Connecting your CRM is a single sign-in and the Chrome extension installs in about two minutes, so screen pops and click-to-call work on the very next call, and AI analysis begins on calls as they come in. If your phone system still needs to be set up first, that part is measured in days and we walk you through it. Either way there is no agent training and no change to how your team takes calls.
